Press Release - High Court challenge

On 22nd July 2025, Enborne Parish Council filed a challenge at the High Court seeking to overturn the decision made by West Berkshire Council to approve policy RSA29 of the West Berkshire Local Plan Review. Policy RSA29, as it is currently drafted, is the result of a flawed planning process and is not in the interests of Enborne Parishioners. The policy is opposed by a majority of Enborne residents and many residents in adjacent parishes.
